Mary Milecki

Mary brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, backed by a degree in Business Finance and a long history of leadership in banking operations, personal finance, business lending, and mortgage lending. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to build lasting client relationships, develop strong and collaborative teams, and deliver thoughtful, high-level support. Clients especially appreciate her thoughtful communication, consistency, and genuine care. Her calm, relationship-focused approach helps people feel supported and understood.

Her professional journey, however, extends well beyond finance. While raising her three daughters, Mary chose to return to school to earn her master’s degree, allowing her to create a schedule centered around family life. She went on to spend more than 15 years as both an elementary and special education teacher in Oregon, specializing in speech and language development and autism support. During that time, she also met and began working alongside Matt for more than a decade while raising her youngest daughter in Idaho.

Today, Mary is the proud mother of three accomplished daughters and grandmother to three grandchildren. With family living throughout Oregon and Washington, she continues to prioritize meaningful time with loved ones while supporting clients remotely from her office in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Mary’s flexible work style also allows her to pursue one of her greatest passions: travel. She frequently visits dear friends in Australia and enjoys exploring new cultures, climates, and historic destinations throughout Europe and South America. Even while traveling, Mary remains closely connected with Matt and the team, ensuring seamless communication and client care. Looking ahead, she hopes to spend even more time exploring the world under sail while feeding her curiosity and continuing her adventures around the world. When the Pacific Northwest weather turns especially rainy, she can often be found enjoying the beaches of Hawaii. No matter where her travels take her, she always looks forward to returning home to family, grandchildren, and her beloved golden retriever.
